TestMacher is a web-based tool that helps educators create, manage, and export customised question papers. The service is operated from India and governed by Indian law.
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or authorised school administrator. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Questions and papers you create remain your intellectual property. By uploading content, you grant TestMacher a non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display it in order to operate the service. Questions you add to the question bank may be made available to other registered users to build their own papers — see the Copyright & DMCA section for the full licence terms. We never sell your content, and we do not share your account details or private data with third parties for their own purposes.

Your first 6 question papers are free. Additional papers require a one-time purchase (not a subscription). All payments are processed securely through Razorpay and are subject to the Refund Policy below. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action unless the violation poses an immediate risk.
TestMacher is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
This policy explains how TestMacher collects, uses, and protects your personal data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable Indian law.
We use your data to: deliver the service (creating and exporting papers), process payments, provide customer support, improve the Platform, and send essential transactional emails (welcome email, password reset). We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

TestMacher delivers digital content (question paper creation credits) instantly upon successful payment. Since the service is consumed immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable.
Email [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction with your payment ID and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Since TestMacher uses one-time purchases (not subscriptions), there is no recurring billing to cancel. Unused paper credits do not expire and remain in your account indefinitely.
TestMacher is a digital-only service. No physical goods are shipped.
Every new account receives 4 free question papers. No credit card or payment is required.
After using free credits, you can purchase additional papers. Plans and prices are displayed on the Select Plan page. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST and all applicable taxes.
All purchases are one-time. There are no recurring charges, auto-renewals, or hidden fees. You buy credits when you need them.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will not affect credits already purchased. Updated prices will be reflected on the pricing page before any new purchase.
You retain ownership of all questions and content you upload. By uploading content to TestMacher, you grant TestMacher a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, distribute, and use your uploaded questions within the TestMacher platform — including making them available to other registered users of the service for the purpose of building question papers. This licence exists only for the operation of TestMacher and does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address with an explanation of why the content is not infringing.
